Sorabird Co is a UK-registered, mission-led inclusive wellbeing company serving organisations in the UK and Japan. Our Soar Framework centres the experiences of minoritised employees to create workplaces where everyone can genuinely thrive. When wellbeing genuinely works for those most affected by harm, it works better for everyone.

Empowering Inclusion
A 2-hour virtual facilitated session.
This session is a little different to typical inclusion training. We use a liberatory pedagogy, to utilise the knowledge that participants already have, to provide the answers for solving workplace inclusion issues. This session focuses on building the critical thinking skills that transfer to real-world integration.
Not only do participants gain an understanding of the theory of bias, discrimination, and anti-oppression, they spend dedicated time thinking about practical application within their specific roles.
A 1-hour wellbeing session.
Did you know that you can enhance your capacity for joy?
In these sessions we make space to notice positive emotions and linger in moments of joy. This can strengthen over time and build greater emotional capacity in our everyday lives.
Join us for a 1-hour online facilitated session as we build a joyful practice. Each session incorporates an element of learning, time to 'soak' in a joyful moment and space for reflection or discussion.
The Soar Framework.
Using our Soar Framework, we carry out inclusion assessments that incorporate our ‘inside out’ and ‘outside in’ approaches. Providing insights and recommendations, we move beyond surface metrics to gain deep understandings from employee experiences (inside out), while assessing the indicators that reveal how inclusive your organisational structures truly are (outside in).

Built by someone who lived the problem
Sorabird Co was founded by Sellisha Lockyer after her own experience of workplace burnout, and of wellbeing provision that dismissed her racialised reality entirely. With a decade of equality work behind her, she built the service she should have been able to access.
